Purchase and upgrade information

You can download the Web Services Plug-in at the Downloads page.

When registered, version 3.5 requires a 3.x license key. If you call the registration function without the correct license key, your WSDL functions will not load. For demo purposes you do not need to call the registration function. The demo will automatically expire after 1 hour. To continue testing after 1 hour, you must quit and relaunch FileMaker. Users with version 1 or 2 license keys can contact Beezwax at at 1 (888) 835-4484 or info@beezwax.net to request an equivalent version 3.x license key for free.

There are several licensing options available:

Single User License:

Allows the customer to use the license code on one FileMaker Pro client machine at a time for their own use.

Server License:

Allows the customer to install the license on a single FileMaker Pro Server. You will need to write scripts that run at recurring intervals to communicate with web services. A server license is only to be used on the server. If you have FileMaker Pro clients that access the server but also need the plugin to make immediate requests directly to a web service, you will need to purchase licenses for those clients.

Developer License:

Allows developers to include the plug-in with a Runtime or as part of their FileMaker solution. You need to make sure the license is not exposed to your clients. The Developer license is also only valid for a maximum of 25 users at one organization. If your customer needs more than 25 users to access your solution, you need to purchase additional Single User licenses or a Site License.

Site License:

Allows customers to install the plug-in at one organization on as many server and client machines as needed.
